At 37 I was 288lbs 35% body fat and in the hospital with high BP and cholesterol. During those 5 days I decided to make a change. I set a date to do my first NPC show. Through Keto lost 88lbs in 9 months. I competed in my 1st show, did not place but felt like a winner anyway! My drive was fueled by my daughter and wanting to be Healthy and Fit for her as she was only one. By losing the weight I fixed all my health issues. Now I can keep up with my little princess!
